Balthazar wanted to get away from thoughts of Castiel. He wasn’t ready to face what had happened between them…

So he did what had become almost second nature to him now - he went to a pub. After dropping Ianto off in Cardiff (he did hope the poor sod met up with that Jack fellow), Balthazar decided to stay in the country and flew a few miles east, towards London. One of his favorite British pubs was there with an exceptional local brew, and he just really wanted to get drink. Drink until he couldn’t feel feelings anymore.

Arriving at his destination, he strolled into the pub and went straight to the bar. What he really wanted to do was just lay underneath a tap and just start slamming kegs back, but he figured that would draw some attention, so he ordered just a pint and looked around to see what kind of crowd was in the place this evening.
